The copper bars and copper tubes inside the power cabinet are sourced from well-known domestic brands. The copper bars undergo sandblasting, passivation, and are manufactured according to standards. The components in the power cabinet are arranged reasonably, with standardized wiring and cabling, making maintenance easy. The design incorporates series resonance, modularization, and spacious copper bars. It features 12- and 24-pulse rectification, a fully functional main switch with current display (intelligent circuit breaker), and a user-friendly design throughout the entire power cabinet, making it easy to maintain.
The enclosed capacitor cabinet design, coupled with the spacious output copper bar, results in low loss and a reasonable layout of the cabinet.
The series resonant dual-output power cabinet, together with two furnaces, constitutes a dual-power melting system for one electric furnace and two furnaces. The output power can be infinitely and arbitrarily allocated between the two furnaces. It is possible to simultaneously power both furnaces, with one for melting and the other for heat preservation. The rectification part of the power cabinet adopts a fully open design, resulting in a high power factor and low harmonic distortion. The power cabinet is also equipped with a melting manager. PLC and human-machine interface (HMI) constitute a convenient-to-operate melting manager, with functions including automatic oven drying, cold oven start-up, fault diagnosis, fault information display and storage, operation information display, system status display, etc.
