The traditional cooling method for high-frequency, medium-frequency, and ultra-audio-frequency induction equipment involves excavating a certain size of pool or using an open cooling tower, and using hard water for direct cooling. This often leads to scaling on the water circuit pipe walls due to poor water quality, causing the circulating water flow to gradually decrease or even block, ultimately resulting in component damage (such as electronic tubes, thyristors, reactors, capacitors, IGBT modules, induction coils, etc.).
