The steel-shell furnace from Kehua Electric Furnace is a device with high safety, robustness, high efficiency, and convenient maintenance in the induction melting system. It is basically designed as a combination of an upper and lower thick-walled cylinder with a thick-walled non-rectangular tube structure. The unique shock absorption and top-fixed magnetic choke structure combines the advantages of aluminum-shell and steel-shell furnaces, providing uniform support for the coils from all directions.


The refractory castable blocks for the furnace top and bottom, designed for integral casting, exhibit significant strength. The furnace platform is custom-made from refractory materials, ensuring that the steel plate protecting the platform remains deformation-free. The alumina slurry coating on the coil surface is of appropriate thickness, providing durability and robustness.


The sturdy magnetic yoke and upper and lower Faraday rings guide and concentrate the induction magnetic yoke into the molten pool, eliminating the induction heating of the furnace body and external metal objects. Each cooling water circuit is equipped with flow rate and temperature protection as well as temperature display functions.


The furnace body assembly includes a smoke suction ring.


The furnace cover, combined with various forms of smoke extraction structures, achieves ideal energy-saving and environmental protection effects.


The design of the dust suction ring is safe, reliable, and features no moving mechanism, making it easy to install. It is suitable for certain feeding methods and production sites where dust suction covers cannot be used.


The furnace body assembly is equipped with a front and rear tilting dust hood.


The front and rear tilting dust hood, with a sturdy steel structure design, features a refractory material-lined furnace cover fixed in the middle of the dust hood. The entire dust hood can be opened via a hydraulic cylinder. The opening direction of the dust hood needs to be changed by operating and adjusting the position of the positioning pin.
